According to Google + Statistics released on Tuesday (05/07/2011), Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has 21,213 followers, while Google Founder Larry Page 14,798 followers, and Co-Founder of Google Sergey Brin 11,629 followers.
Creator Google + Statistics, Boris Veldhuijzen van Zanten, explained the popularity of the Facebook CEO. "Mark has the most friends in the world. They make movies about him, and he's more handsome than Larry and Sergey. I think this is the reason why Mark's more of a follower in the Google +," he explained.
Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook in February 1, 2004 and is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, United States, with users more than 500 million people to date. As for Google was founded Larry Page and Sergey Brin on 7 September 1998 and the IPO on August 19, 2004.
